2. How to Submit Your Request

The fastest and most efficient way to submit a copyright notice is through our Report Content page by selecting "Copyright Violation / Copyright DMCA" as the report category.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed pursuant to a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification providing your signature, identification of the material removed, your contact details, and a statement consenting to legal jurisdiction under penalty of perjury.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, SANGEZ.VIP enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts, uploaders, or sources found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will be permanently blocked and terminated from accessing the platform.
